PatentAssist.ai is made by Incubo Labs, a Delhi company founded in 2023. We build AI that understands how a patent application is put together: claims first, then a description that supports them, in the format of the office you file at. It drafts for the USPTO, the EPO, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and IP India, searches US, European and Indian patents, and runs in English, German, Spanish and French. Today 1,200+ patent professionals use it, and they have generated 2,362 complete and 870 provisional specifications on the platform.
