These are the third parties that process personal data on our behalf to run PatentAssist.ai. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only act on our instructions. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement receive 30 days’ notice before we add or replace a sub-processor.

Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
